JAPANESE SHIATSU

Shiatsu “FINGER PRESSURE” in Japanese, originated in Japan based on traditional Chinese medicine with elements of Western therapies. The therapist(practitioners) uses the fingers, thumbs, palms and elbow to apply pressure to various areas of the body’s surface to regulate the autonomic nervous system activity and stimulate the circulatory, lymphatic and hormonal systems. Shiatsu also helps heal common ailments and conditions, and correct imbalances in the body.
